Happenings...

Its been a busy few weeks , some good , some bad , health news and sadly a death in the family , it's hard to even get in the mindset of being creative when life gets in the way . That being said I have completed a couple of pieces during that time , not only that but I have moved my little art area to a place where there is a lot more light to allow for my aging eyesight ..My creative time is important to me because it allows me to disappear from the real world for a while and create in an almost meditative state allowing the art to come through me rather than planning what I'm doing .. sometimes I want to do piece after piece , sometimes just a feeling or thought will get me and I go with that .. never forced .. just an extension of how I'm feeling at the time ... more spiritual than technical and always always full of colour xx
